Bob Goodrich, Owner of Goodrich Cleaning & Restoration Supplies, has been in the cleaning business for 28 years and
has experience from both sides of the counter. After 13 years of cleaning with a franchise Bob decided to start his own carpet cleaning
company. He began work with one truck and a vision. His plan was to focus on exceeding his customers' expectations turning
these customers into cheerleaders. He always completed the work with a smile, made many friends along the way, and truely
enjoyed helping his customers. The business eventually grew into an eight truck operation with 22 employees.
Bob saw a glaring need in the industry to improve the carpet cleaning industries
image in our area. Unfortunately the nearest distributor was over an hour and a half away. There was a definite need for cleaners
in our area to have access to chemicals, equipment, supplies, and most importantly advice and direction in their businesses
from someone who has "been there done that". In 2004 Bob opened Goodrich Cleaning and Restoration Supplies Inc. with the same
focus and enthusiasm as he did with his cleaning business.
At Goodrich Supplies we love to share our knowledge and expertise. We learned
very early that having an adequate inventory is essential. We stock 98% of what we sell. Our ultimate goal in sales and service
is not only to meet our customers expectations but to exceed them.
